In our previous article, we have reported that Foxconn, the China based electronics manufacturing giant who is in charge of assembling the new iPhone are hard at work with Apple, undoubtedly their largest and most important client. Reports also say that Foxconn founder and chairman, Terry Guo has been paying personal visits to factories supervising, ensuring all production lines are in "optimal condition" as mass-production is nearing.
Final specifications for the iPhone 6 are only a month away from being revealed, but one smartphone manufacturer is certain about how the new model will look like, they have already started themselves manufacturing and selling cases for it.
Spigen, a well know smartphone accessories giant have already revealed their plans in making cases for the new iPhone 6. A whole month before the new model is due to arrive.
Its not the first time the company has done this, as the California-based manufacturer is well know to offer accessories before models are released.
Spigen on their website wrote: "With smartphones increasing in size, so have consumers demand for an iPhone with a larger screen. The iPhone 6 is here to answer that demand. "It is all but assured that Apple will launch a 4.7 inch iPhone 6 this September. However, the more elusive 5.5-inch iPhone 6 is still mostly a mystery."
Spigen also announced:
"Due to leaked data, we have a good idea of what the iPhone 6 will look like and we've included renders of what we believe to be some of the more accurate ones. Bigger but thinner and lighter are you excited about the new iPhone 6?"
Mobile phone guru Horace Dediu, also running on speculation had also made 2 informative points on the upcoming 5.5-inch handset and 'phablet'. First, he speculates that the standard 5.5 Inch will cost around $800. Second, he does not think the price will not have any impact on the overall average sales price on the iPhone range.
