Sony Play Station hack ISIS terrorist still under investigation.

Sony Play Station had to shut down for a while last week due to a recent hack attack followed by a distributed denial of sevice(Ddos). It was reported that a hacker group Lizard Squad claimed to be responsible to the attack that caused service down time.

Sony's Entertainment President, John Smedley had even a personal attack from the hackers. While he publicly announced that he's traveling between Dallas and San Diego. The hackers had their own ways accessing his fight details.

The hackers posted on Twitter,

".@americanair We have been receiving reports that @j_smedley's plane #362 from DFW to SAN have explosives on-board, please look into this."  - Lizard Squad on Twitter.

John Smedley's response to this was, "Yes. My plane was diverted. Not going to discuss more than that. Justice will find these guys,"

"I wish the national media would stop letting these DDoS trolls' occasional use of the ISIS crap be taken seriously," he added.

"Seeing news accounts that make it sound like that's serious. Media please don't get trolled. Those ISIS guys are pure evil and shouldn't be conflated with trolls."

Since these hackers are hiding under an anonymous identity they constantly  tweeting posts and even mocked the authorities to hunt them down.

They said, "How do you succesfully[sic] prosecute someone with 0 physical evidence?".

According to Lancope CTO TK Keanini, a DDoS attack is easy to launch.

He said, "Today this method of attack is available to anyone as it is offered as a service. If you know where to look, and you have some crypto currency in hand, just point and shoot,"

"Sony and other game networks have to work harder than most to remain secure as they are incredibly attractive targets. Not only are they high profile with any disruption making the news, but given all the in-game commerce, millions of credit cards and personal information is kept up to date and can be monetized by these cybercriminals."

According to Sony their service is now back online and users can enjoy services in their Play Station device. There are no evidence that there were intrusions in users' personal information, but still this a serious matter that authorities are obliged  to look into.

According to reports  authorites are now tracking down the hackers with the help of Sony Entertainment.
