Starbucks to Improve its Service at Express Branches

Starbucks are working on two new branch platforms.

The famous coffee shop released its statement on their latest store programs, first one is to focus on coffee snob and the second would be customer that are on the go.

Consumers who prefer good quality caffeine drink, Starbucks will put up its pilot Reserve Roastery and Tasting Center located in Seattle. The Roastery will give more space for their roasting operation and improve on the brand's coffee reserve existence up to 1500 branches all over the world. In addition to that, Starbucks will create about 100 specialized branches that focus on the company reserve's limited supply of coffee, in the next five years.

For avid fans of Starbucks who would prefer to get their coffee in an instant, the brand will put up express stores. This program will lessen the number of drinks and food offered on the menu and also it will offer digital payment mode to improve the speed of their service for consumers who are always on the go. The express branches will be launched in New York in 2015.

"The changes of our store environment will show the interest of our consumers on the accessibility to our products and its convenience. We have the capacity to offer unique experience to our clients by being flexible in all our goals that are geared towards providing good coffee," as Cliff Burrows stated.

Starbucks is the only brand that has the capacity to continuously launch store with roastery and express branches. It has all the resources to invest on high-end equipment so as to maintain the quality of the coffees that are served. Its massive market requires speed and convenience in their service to keep up with its high standards. The drive-thru counters have been very effective and performing well in U.S., giving 40 percent of sales performance. More stores will be opened this year and in the coming years to continue its mission of strengthen its presence in all parts of the world.
