Metal Gear Solid Creator Hideo Kojima and "Pacific Rim" director Guillermo Del Toro are teaming up to make Konami's next Silent Hill game, starring Walking Dead actor Norman Reedus to play main role.

The announcement of the game "Silent Hills" is currently in the works and was made in the form of a playable teased on the Playstation store. Upon finishing the interactive demo, a cut scene showing a man walking down a dimly-lit street is shown. Hideo Kojima and Guillermo Del Toro's names come out on-screen before the man stops and turns towards the camera, revealing Norman Reedus' face. The game title 'Silent Hills' shows as an eerie song plays in the background.

Kojima has a knack for disorientating fans with his cryptic messages, including his one being misleadingly named P.T. Demo under a fake developer called '7780s Studio' that was released by Sony in 2014's Gamescon.

In April the "Metal Gear" director revealed in his Twitter that he wanted to make a game with Norman Reedus and Ryan Gosling, also expressing frequently his interest for the Silent Hill series.

I want to do 3D capture Ryan Gosling and Norman Reedus and make game with them.

It will be exciting to see what Guillermo's unique style influence the game's aesthetic. Hideo Kojima also revealed that the new game will run on Metal Gear 5's Fox Engine.

The last Silent Hill game, Book of Memories, released in 2012 for the PlayStation Vita. An HD collection, which compiled Silent Hill 2 and 3, was released that same year for PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360.

Meanwhile, Norman Reedus and fellow Walking Dead cast members have been filming scenes in a number of locations in downtown Atlanta. The season 5 trailer of the series was shown at Comic Con 2014, an Atlanta skyline can clearly be spotted. In the forthcoming season, the group fights off zombies and each other with a plan on going to Washington, D.C. to find answers of the zombie outbreak.

Konami has released a trailer for the upcoming Del Toro/Kojima game at the 2014 Tokyo Game Show. Prepare to be horrified:
