Super Bowl champion quarterback Eli Manning has been announced as spokesperson for Dunkin' Donuts as part of a three-year agreement to promote the brand in the New York City area through advertisements.

New York Giants quarterback Manning, who won the Super Bowl MVP title for the two years the team won the championship, in the 2007 and 2011 seasons, will start his promotional duties with a slew of Dunkin' Donuts ads that will start in the coming football season, beginning this August, according to a press release issued by Dunkin' Donuts on Tuesday. Manning will be featured advertising several menu items like the Dunkin' Donuts coffee and various breakfast sandwiches, the latter of which will be available for a limited time.

"Dunkin' Donuts has been part of my daily routine for many years, so I'm really looking forward to working with the brand," Manning stated for the press release. "Dunkin' Donuts and the Giants are both well known for their passionate fans. This partnership is sure to keep people in the New York Tri-state area running on Dunkin' all year long."

Those branches that will see advertisement with Manning in and around the New York Metro area include: the Bronx, Dutchess, Kings, Nassau, New York, Orange, Putnam, Queens, Richmond, Rockland, Suffolk, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester counties in New York State; Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union, Warren counties in New Jersey; and Fairfield, Conn., listed the press release.

"We couldn't be more excited to work with the New York football legend that is Eli Manning," Tom Manchester, Vice President of Field Marketing at Dunkin' Donuts, was quoted as stating for the press release. "Dunkin' Donuts has a long and successful history of working with the New York Giants, and we are thrilled to extend that relationship by working with Eli over the next three years."
