"The Flash" season 2 spoilers that came out in the past months could only mean one thing - the show is gearing up for bigger season, faster Barry Allen (Grant Gustin).

Official reports have it that the Central City hero will meet new allies but along the way, new villains will also be unleashed.

Wally West and Jay Garrick are two of the heroes earlier "The Flash" season 2 spoilers talked about. These two are part of the speedsters that are running across timelines to fix the present. Like Barry Allen, these two DC superheroes were big among comic fans.

However, Wally West and Jay Garrick joining the show does not mean the CW Network TV series is now about the Speedsters. Executive producer Gabrielle Stanton said the show is still Barry Allen's.

"We didn't want Barry to get lonely so we thought we'd bring in some more speedsters," Stanton said in an interview with TV Line. "It's always Barry's journey. The Flash is always about Barry, but these people who come in will show us different ways that The Flash can be."

Wally West will be played by Keiynan Lonsdale while Teddy Sears will portray Jay Garrick.

With more heroes arriving, doors also open for the bad guys. One of which is Professor Zoom who is pretty much similar to season one villain Reverse Flash.

Although the two have the same powers, Stanton cleared they will do a unique approach to Professor Zoom to differentiate him from the man in yellow suit.

"Zoom is going to be very different in terms of motivation, in terms of what he wants from The Flash, in terms of why he's doing what he's doing," Stanton said when asked for "The Flash" season 2 spoiler about the new villain.

"I know a lot of people are thinking, '[Zoom and Reverse Flash] were so similar in the comics. What's going to make them different?' I guarantee no one will confuse him for one second with what we did last year. It's actually much more different than people would think."

"The Flash" season 2 premiere is Oct. 6.
