Initial issues of the first "Watch Dogs" does not hinder rumors spreading of an upcoming "Watch Dogs 2" PS4 release date, new characters and possible setting. Although officially there will be a DLC to be released, a sequel isn't quite far behind.
Early this year, the gaming world was introduced to a new breed of action-adventure game that focuses on the world of hacking. Owners of game consoles Xbox 360, Xbos One, Playstation 3 and 4, as well as Microsoft Windows were able to experience an open world gaming, with a themed plot of revenge.
Upon its release in May, "Watch Dogs" gained positive reviews for its multiplayer mode, hacking elements and diverse missions. According to CBS Interactive, "Watch Dogs" versions on PlayStation, Xbox and Microsoft Windows acquired an average of 78% positive reviews among gamers across consoles.
Two months after its release, the official Twitter of "Watch Dogs" posted a cryptic message, "Our data indicates surveillance has become more prominent in high-crime areas." Inciting speculations online whether a "Watch Dogs 2" PS4 release date will soon be officially reported.
Recently, "Watch Dogs" developer Ubisoft Montreal, officially announced that "Watch Dogs: Bad Blood" DLC will be available for gamers across platforms coming late this month. This game will allow players to experience a slightly different "Watch Dogs" universe, as they can change the primary character from Aiden Pearce to Raymond "T-Bone" Kenney.
The DLC is specked with new story campaigns, various challenges possible in co-op mode, and of course new toys, outfits and weapons for the characters.
Apart from the DLC for September, rumors persist about the possible "Watch Dogs 2" PS4 release date. As nothing official has been set to date, speculations continue to rise. Gamers peruse possible improvements on the game including new characters and storyline, as well as conjectured locations.
