Sonic is reintroducing these beloved dessert flavors in a novel way. This spring, fans of cheesecake and Oreos will find something special on the menu at Sonic locations across the U.S. From April 1-it is not an April Fools' joke-through June 2, the drive-in restaurant chain will offer two new dessert items nationwide.
The first addition is the Oreo Big Scoop Cheesecake Sundae, which is priced at $3.99. It features vanilla soft-serve ice cream topped with crunchy cookie pieces and a rich layer of Oreo cheesecake.
The second offering is the Oreo Big Scoop Cheesecake Blast. This dessert combines vanilla and cheesecake-flavored soft serve with Oreo cookie pieces; all crowned with a piece of Oreo cheesecake. It's available in several sizes, ensuring an option for every appetite.
Sonic, known for its wide range of frozen delights, is stepping up its dessert offerings this spring with something special for Oreo enthusiasts.

The new treats, the Oreo Big Scoop Cheesecake Sundae and Blast are a nod to fans of the classic cookie. They are part of a limited-time offering, available from April 1 through June 2 at Sonic outlets nationwide while supplies last.

"Our guests always look forward to our new Oreo treats. By combining Oreo with cheesecake this month, we've created an even more irresistible dessert," they stated, hinting at the thought process behind their latest menu innovation.
Adding new Oreo products to Sonic's menu might not be as surprising as some of its other creations, like the peanut butter bacon burger or the sweet pretzel twists. However, for anyone who loves desserts, the combination of the beloved cookie and classic cheesecake is a delightful update to the menu.
