It hasn't been long since Ubisoft launched "Assassin's Creed: Unity" and now a leaked information from a supposed insider claims that a sequel titled, "Assassin's Creed: Victory" already has a confirmed release date.

According to Realty Today E3 2015, which is due on June 16-18, will be the venue for the announcement of the upcoming game.

Christian Times added that "Assassin's Creed: Unity" will hit the shelves sometime in November based on the seven-minute leaked footage.

The video showed the main character in London as he is fighting with the Templars it also revealed that that the upcoming game will run on Anvil engine like its predecessors.

In line with the leaked footage, Ubisoft released an official statement expressing the management's disappointment on the said information, which should have been kept private until the planned announcement of release date.

"It is always unfortunate when internal assets, not intended for public consumption, are leaked," Ubisoft stated. "And, while we certainly welcome anticipation for all of our upcoming titles, we're disappointed for our fans, and our development team, that this conceptual asset is now public. The team in our Quebec studio has been hard at work on the particular game in question for the past few years, and we're excited to officially unveil what the studio has been working on at a later date."

While disappointed, the gaming company confirmed that "Assassin's Creed: Victory" is indeed in the works and a release date is going to be announced.

In a seperate report, Ubisoft already confirmed that they are currently working on the gaming title.

And while there hasn't been any other information about the upcoming game, the writer for the "Assassin's Creed" series, Darby McDevitta, told Latin Post that Ubisoft is planning to make the series stay for a long time.

"We've created 500, 600, 700 years worth of history that we hope to start teasing out for the next 10, 20 years or however long we're around," McDevitta explained. "I particularly love the lore. I've been working the past two years, with all the other writers, on getting a great document together on the First Civilization."
