‘Frozen 2’ Is Really Happening! Will Elsa Finally Find True Love? Jack Frost Rumored To Appear In The Sequel

Walt Disney's chief creative officer John Lasseter confirmed last month that "Frozen 2" is really happening. He made the announcement during the studio's annual shareholder meeting in San Francisco. Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck will team up again to direct the sequel, but the cast hasn't been confirmed yet.

Idina Menzel (Elsa), Kristen Bell (Anna), and Josh Gad (Olaf) are most likely to return since they are voicing the main characters in the film. They also showed their interest and have talked about the possibility of a sequel in several interviews and in social media. Latest reports revealed that Anna's love interest Kristoff is also confirmed to return in the sequel, which means that Jonathan Groff is also on board.

According to iDigital Times, Kristoff is still in the early stages of a relationship with Anna. They will probably have some fights in"'Frozen 2" and they'll probably even break up for a while over some sort of fiddle-faddle, but that's not what the sequel is going to be about.

The website also speculated that the plot will focus on the conflict on finding an heir for Arendelle. Since Elsa is an ice queen, she may end up being alone forever. "Yes I'm alone, but I'm alone and free." Idina Menzel's character said in the first movie.

They also think that the plot could focus more on Anna coming out from her sister's shadow and learning more about herself. Fans may also see her relationship with Kristoff develop in the sequel. With Anna having a huge possibility of finding love in "Frozen 2", this leaves her sister Elsa alone unless she meets a man who can accept her.

According to VC Post, Elsa has the opportunity to discover love and she may be falling after Jack Frost. "However with Jack in a Dream Works film (Rise of the Guardians) it's not going to be the same Jack Frost that fans experienced passionate feelings for in 2012," the website reported.

I guess fans will just have to wait and see if Elsa will find love in "Frozen 2," which reportedly will be out before 2018.
