QSR Magazine Drive-Thru study (QSR Magazine)

A new study published by QSR Magazine recently looked at which are the fastest fast food chains in terms of how quick it is to go through the drive-thru and get exactly what one ordered.

Wendy's came in first at 129.75 second and is the only chain that managed to improve its time from 2011. Meanwhile, Burger King lagged far behind at 201.33 seconds which is 3 minutes and 20 seconds which can be a long time at a drive-thru.

Burger King also had the worse accuracy ratings of any of the seven fast-food joints surveyed. Burger King got orders correct only 83 percent of the time. Meanwhile, Chick-fil-A correctly got 92.4 percent of orders right.

The QSR report also noted that only 27.4 percent of respondents said their experience at Burger King was "very pleasant," with only 34.3 percent calling it pleasant, last and second-to-last in the survey, respectfully.

The magazine and Insula Research conducted the survey by visiting each restaurant between 203 to 362 times.
