According to Esquire UK, some of the most recommended apps for the gentlemen on the go are those that guide men on the right necktie and the right bottle of wine to bring to an occasion.

One of the apps for the gentlemen is "Necktie Deluxe" made by Portable Monster LLC.  A simple but handy app, this teaches different knots that suit various collar types, events and even facial shapes. It also includes information on the proper care of neckties to prevent wrinkles from developing.

The magazine also recommends "ZipJet" as one of the apps for the gentlemen. This app is popular among London locals, according to its iTunes pages, by providing a quick and efficient laundry services for the stylish gent. It only requires to user to place a schedule and the app "will take care of the rest."

If you are the man who brings the wrong wine to the family or struggles to find the perfect one, "Delectable Wines" is a must-have app for liquor-savvy gentlemen. According to its iTunes page, the app provides information, descriptions and rating of a wine label submitted through a snapshot, guiding men to bringing the right wine to the occasion.

Meanwhile, another website that published a list of apps for gentlemen called Manifesto also has its own collection of must-haves.

Popular blind dating app called "Tinder" is also for the modern gent. According to Manifesto, this app presents viable matches for users depending on your preferences and distance so this app will not make you less of a gentleman.

Furthermore, if you are looking for a handy tool to impress your friends with great liquor mixes, the app called "Mixology" is right for you. This is said to be a "cook book" of beverage recipes ranging from alcoholic to non-alcoholic drinks. The website just reminds its users to keep it a secret if your way is to make a positive impression.
