Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed look sweet together as "The Vampire Diaries" actor posted photos of their vacation last Sunday, but something is brewing up from Ian's past girlfriend.
The 36-year-old handsome actor posted photos of his vacation with wife Nikki Reed showing them in some PDAs and sweet moments during their outing at a lake.
"Lake time with part of my little family... Smiling is truly one of the keys to life I'm convinced," Ian Somerhalder posted on his vacation with Nikki Reed, as reported by Realty Today.
Ian Somerhalder's photo on Instagram included the couple and their dog who went with them on their vacation.
Meanwhile, Ian Somerhalder's wife Nikki Reed also posted a photo showing her shirtless husband hugging her while clad in a bikini.
"Me and my human," she wrote in the caption. "Hugs can have a really beautifully effect. I met a little girl at the airport today, and we spoke about the importance of talking, hugging, engaging, connecting. Not living in your phone."
For two actors who have played vampire roles - Ian on "The Vampire Diaries" and Nikki on "Twilight" -- they seemed to have the full right to talk about being "human."

Just a few days after Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed posted photos of their moments, the actor's ex-girlfriend Nina Dobrev also had photos of PDA moments with her current boyfriend Austin Stowell.
In the report on E! Online, Nina Dobrev "was seen kissing, hugging, and acting playful" with her boyfriend in New York City.
Realty Today added in their report that Nikki Reed is still rumored to be jealous of Nina Dobrev.
"In fact, their recent lake outing could reportedly be a way to diss Dobrev and Stowell, who enjoyed lot of attention during their getaway in France," the report mentioned.
The report also noted that Nikki Reed was jealous of Nina Dobrev because "she has now moved on."
