Kristen Stewart And Robert Pattinson Regret Their ‘Twilight’ Days? ‘It Drove Me Crazy’

Former lovers Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson gained fame when they starred in "The Twilight Saga" trilogy.

However, it seems that both regret doing the movie series because of the media attention. During an interview with NME, the 29-year-old actor opened up about the franchise's fandom.

"I had people sitting outside my house every single day, and it drove me crazy," the British heartthrob said.

Rob revealed that he didn't go to the supermarket for about six years to probably avoid getting mobbed by people and paparazzi.

"But now I can go in and chat to the guy who's working there about his kids, or where he's going on holiday, and not be thinking, 'Is he gonna sell me out?'" Pattinson told the magazine. "I just don't have to think about that stuff anymore."

While Robert Pattinson has moved on from his "Twilight" days and is now happily engaged to FKA Twigs, his ex-girlfriend Kristen Stewart confessed that she has become a rebel. The 25-year-old actress shook the whole world when her cheating scandal with Rupert Sanders came out.

She was still dating the "Rover" actor when she was caught making out with her director in "Snow White and the Huntsman" who was also married at that time. Rupert's wife filed for a divorce while Rob ended his relationship with Kristen.

After "The Twilight Saga" stint and the cheating scandal, Stewart finally decided to do what she really wanted to do. "I think it all started when I stopped listening to others and I decided to take a break from the big Hollywood productions to focus on films for which I earn less but that I believe will repay me later on instead. If not financially, at least personally," she told Gioia magazine via The Hamilton Spectator.

"However, it is true; I'm a rebel. I mean, I prefer doing things my way and revolutionize what I don't like instead," she added. The star of "American Ultra" also revealed that the key to real happiness is by knowing what you want in life.

"I believe it's important to figure out as soon as possible what you really want. Someone still doesn't know at 50 years old. I think it's essential if you want to reach the true happiness," she said. Maybe Kristen Stewart has now realized that Alicia Cargile is what she needs in her life to be happy and not Robert Pattinson.
