It's been quite some time since Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone were seen together, which started out rumors that the two had split up again.
"The Amazing Spider-Man" co-stars were spotted having a romantic dinner date in Los Angeles a few months ago.
The 26-year-old actress addressed the breakup rumors during an interview with Wall Street Journal.
"Once you start responding - once you're like, 'No, that's not true' - then they're like, 'Well, if we push enough, we'll get a comment, so let's see what else we can make up.' I understand the interest in it completely because I've had it, too," she said.
"But it's so special to me that it never feels good to talk about, so I just continually don't talk about it," the "Aloha" star added. While Emma Stone hinted that she and Andrew Garfield are still together, the 32-year-old heartthrob revealed otherwise.
The American-English actor was recently spotted in Sydney, where he was filming a movie with Mel Gibson and Vince Vaughn. According to KISS FM via Mail Online, he was seen leaving with another woman from Double Bay's Pelicano bar.
A passerby saw Andrew Garfield and asked him where Emma Stone was. "We're not together anymore," Andrew Garfield replied.
Does this mean that the former lovers are over for good? Maybe the actress has decided to let go of her boyfriend because she has found a new love interest.
There were rumors that Emma Stone is getting close to her "La La Land" co-star Ryan Gosling, which allegedly got Eva Mendes jealous. The two have worked in several films in the past including "Crazy, Stupid, Love" and "Gangster Squad."
According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, the 34-year-old heartthrob feels comfortable talking to his co-star about the pressure of being a new father. He has a one-year-old daughter named Esmeralda Amada from his girlfriend Eva Mendes and there were reports that he is a hands-on dad.
"It doesn't matter how many times Ryan tells Eva what he and Emma are just friends, she knows there's an attraction there," a source told OK! Magazine.
The website also revealed that Eva Mendes is paranoid that Ryan Gosling's friendship with Emma Stone would lead into something more that's why she checks up on him always.
