[VIDEO] Get A First Glimpse Of Miles Morales As Spider-Man! Will He Appear In The Reboot?

In the previous "Spider-Man" film series, the main character has always been Peter Parker.

However, it seems that a new breed of superhero will be appearing in the 2017 movie. During an interview with Yahoo Movies, the director of the untitled reboot, Jon Watts, was asked if the audience will get to see Miles Morales.

"I can't talk about that, because, you know, that will reveal too much," he explained. "We're still writing the story... we haven't finished all the way through the story yet, so who knows."

The website also reported that the producers are already looking for a black superhero and some of the actors that auditioned include Donald Glover and Marcus Scribner.

Fan-favorite Tyler James Williams also showed interest in playing the role of the black Spider-Man.

"I kind of followed the Miles Morales character quite a bit - my brother really did, so he suggested if it goes that way it could work," he told Flicks in the City. "And I'm open to the idea, I am."

Since Jon Watts didn't entirely deny that the fictional character will be appearing in the "Spider-Man" reboot, then there's still a chance that they will finally introduce Miles Morales.

To get a glimpse of the biracial superhero, a group of comic fans in Washington D.C. created a video about Miles Morales.

The title of the clip is "Spider-Man Lives: A Miles Morales Story" and it was directed by Ivan Kander under a Bard Tales Production. The story was about the lead character including the time that he took over Peter Parker as Spider-man because of his untimely death.

According to E! Online, the nine-minute video focuses on the life of Miles Morales who tried to regain his confidence being a superhero. Since the producers haven't officially announced who will play the character, then watch the fan-made video below to find out who would best portray the black "Spider-Man."
