After the Ashley Madison hack, things have gone downhill for Josh Duggar.

Stories of sexual abuse and his porn addiction had surfaced the internet. In addition to that is his infidelity towards his wife, Anna Duggar. To top it all off, Josh Duggar has now been accused of sexual assault by a porn star and is now facing a lawsuit in court.

Recently, porn star Ashley Stamm-Northup, also known as Danica Dillon, filed a case against Josh Duggar, claiming that he sexually assaulted her twice last year in Philadelphia.

According to ABC News, Danica Dillon filed the lawsuit against the "19 Kids and Counting" reality star, Tuesday.

"He was man-handling me, basically tossing me around like I was a rag doll," Dillon claimed in a previous interview with In Touch Magazine.

The lawsuit lodged against Duggar alleges that he and Dillon met at a Philadelphia strip club in March and paid the adult film actress $600 to do lap dances. He later on paid Dillon $1,500 for her "company" and both went to a hotel to have sex.

Josh Duggar allegedly "assaulted her (Dillon) to the point of causing her physical and emotional injuries." Later on, Duggar reportedly apologized to Dillon but then he assaulted her for a second time.

Danica Dillon's lawsuit versus Josh Duggar demands $500,000 payment in damages for what the porn star calls "terrifying sex" with the reality star.

In a separate interview with the Daily Mail, Danica Dillon claimed that her sexual encounter with Josh Duggar took place while his wife, Anna Duggar, was five months pregnant with their fourth baby.

The sexual assault lawsuit filed by the porn star is the latest of the string of allegations against Josh Duggar. A few months ago, the "19 Kids and Counting" star's Ashley Madison account was publicized after the cheating website was hacked.

Aside from the Ashley Madison hack issues, Josh Duggar has earlier been accused of molesting his sisters and a baby sitter when they were younger, prompting TLC to cancel their reality show.

"19 Kids and Counting" was a wholesome reality show featuring Arkansas couple, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar and their 19 children, including Josh. It was cancelled in May 2008.
