Project CARS Release Date, News And Updates: Slightly Mad Studios Confirms ‘Large Roster’ Of Tracks; Complete List Of Race Locations Announced So Far; [VIDEO] Limited Edition Information

In a few months, racing video games enthusiasts will experience Slightly Mad Studios' "community assisted racing simulator" masterpiece in Project Cars. As the release date nears, race tracks are revealed and here's what's been announced so far including other news and details on the highly anticipated video game.

Before going into details with the locations available in Project CARS, one of the most important information is the release date. Project CARS versions for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows will be available by March 2015 worldwide-specifically on March 17, 20 and 21 for North America, Europe and Australia, and UK, respectively.

Slightly Mad Studios declare that Project CARS "has the largest roster of race locations of any recent racing game", and this they have proven. Months before the release date, they have already unleashed 20 confirmed tracks that will be available upon Project CARS release date and there are even more to come!

The first 10 tracks officially revealed and listed in the Project CARS site include Circuit Zolder located in Belguim; Silverstone Circuit in England with 4 layouts including GP, National, International and Stowe; Motorsport Arena Oschersleben in Germany (GP, Indy); Monza Circuit in Italy (GP, Short); Imola circuit in Italy; HockenheimRing circuit in Germany (GP, National, Short); Dubai AutoDrome circuit and kart track in United Arab Emirates (GP, Nationa, International, Club, Kart); Brands Hatch circuit in England (GP, Indy); Watkins Glen circuit in USA (GP, Short) and Road America circuit in USA.

The next 10 tracks available upon the Project CARS release date include Oulton Park in England (Fosters, International, Island); Mount Panorama circuit in Australia; Glencairn karting circuit in Scotland (GP, Reverse, East, East Reverse, West, West Reverse); California Highway Point 2 Point in US West Coast (Northbound, Southbound, Stages 1-3); Azure circuit in Southern France; Azure Coast point 2 point in Southern France (Eastbound, Westbound, Stages 1-3); Snetterton circuit in England (100-300); Donighton circuit in England (GP, National); Mazda Raceway circuit in US West Coast; and 24h Le Mans circuit in France (Circuit de 24 heures du Mans, Le Circuit Bugatti).
