According to i09, a new addition to the cast of characters has been made. Jim Corrigan, also known as the "Spectre," will be played by Emmet Scanlan and to those who have seen the hit movie "Guardians of the Galaxy," he also played the role of a prison guard.

There are other potential characters too and for those who are craving for some "Constantine" TV series spoilers and updates, here are just some of them.

Creator David S. Goyer said that they will be coming up with a storyline taken from a "Dangerous Habits" version. However, as the creator also explained, this will not be until the third or the fourth season. In addition, co-creator Daniel Cerone also said that the timeline for the show will be taking place in the setting of the "Swamp Thing," the place where the DC Comics hero first appeared.

Movie Fone also has a few things to share on the subject. Matt Ryan, who had an interview with Movie Fone, was happy to dish out some details on the upcoming TV series.

According to Ryan, when asked who exactly is John Constantine, he is a demonologist who also happens to be a dark arts master. Basically, the character that he will be playing is someone willing to sacrifice whatever is needed to have a world that is free of evil. In addition, the Welsh actor also said that viewers will be able to see a lot of humor in the show.
