If you are not familiar with this name, it is actually the group responsible for the production of the "Resident Evil" films.
According to Engadget, the announcement stating that Resident Evil will come to the small screen has been made by Constantin Film and that RE is not the only title that the production firm has big plans for. "Perfume" and "Mortal Instruments" are also currently undergoing reworking to be made available for television screens.
