Oct 27, 2014 11:39 AM EDT | By Josh Samuel

As we all know, the "Man of Steel" movie sequel "Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice" is not yet done filming and are currently in Michigan for location shoot, and is revealed to move to Chicago next. But this doesn't stop the DC fans from wanting to find out when exactly will they be able to witness the trailer of the much-awaited film. This is despite the fact that the release date is still way later at March 2016.

According to the fan site "Batman-on-Film," DC fans all over the globe will get the chance to see the movie's first ever trailer before 2014 ends. The site posted, "The first teaser trailer for the film is complete and ready to go. The overt hint I got from these folks is that the teaser will be revealed this Fall along with a November or December film release (and online, of course). I have no idea to which specific film it may be "attached," but New Line's (which is Warner Bros.' sister company) THE HOBBIT: THE BATTLE OF THE FIVE ARMIES is being released on December 17, 2014."

A caution for Superman fans though, as there are rumors that this 1st trailer of the film is "Batman heavy" so expect Batman fans to be glued on the screen seeing Ben Affleck wearing his bat suit. There is no confirmation from Director Snyder nor Warner Bros. if this is true, so we all just have to wait and see.

The only teaser that has been released so far was the one shown during the San Diego Comic-Con last July. It was seen exclusively by those present in the said conference which was also attended by Snyder, Henry Cavill (Superman), Ben Affleck (Batman) and Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman).

There have been rumors that Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman will be joined by a female Robin, Jena Malone.
