A Orphan Black Season 3 teaser video has been released featuring a song from Lesley Gore. Using the 1963 song You Don't Own Me, the 20-second teaser featured animated cells splitting into a number of cells. When the track reached the part where it sings "You Don't Know Me," it started skipping and that line was said repeatedly. What does that Orphan Black video teaser mean? Does that hint of more clones? Well, obviously, it indicates more clones of Tatiana Maslany and Ari Millen will come our way.
According to the Entertainment Weekly, the teaser will be first aired on TV on the season finale of another BBC show Doctor Who this Saturday. The Orphan Black Season 3 teaser comes with the words "coming soon" but there are no details on when exactly the show will premier. Orphan Black season 3 is expected to return by spring next year.
In earlier Orphan Black season 3 spoiler, it is found out that Tatiana Maslany's multiple characters are not the only clones that fans will get see. If you can recall from the show's second season finale, there are now male clones who are being produced to become part of an army. These clones are patterned from Ari Millen's character Mark, a Prolethean cult follower who once tried to capture Helena.
"Highly trained, identical male-soldiers raise more questions than answers. Who are these new clones? Who created them? And more importantly, why do they exist?," the BBC press release said.
Aside from male clones, the sisterhood of Sarah Manning, Cosima, Helena, and Allison will also be caught in the clash of personalities and arrival of more women wearing faces similar to theirs.
"Season three plunges the clone sisterhood into unexpected territory with the realization that they're not alone. Just when they thought they knew their enemies and allies, season three reveals our clones are more vulnerable than ever before."
Aside from Tatiana, other guys who will return in Orphan Black's third season are Jordan Gavaris, Dylan Bruce, Maria Doyle Kennedy, Kevin Hanchard, Evelyne Brochu, Michael Huisman, and Evelyn Brochu.
