Lindsay Lohan news reported that a judge has lifted the probation of the "Speed The Plow" actress in line with her 2011 theft case. With the recent development, reported by Daily Mail, the troubled star could possibly stay in London to change for good.

Los Angeles Supreme Court Judge James R. Dabney has let ended Lindsay Lohan's probation after she was accused of taking a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, California store three years ago.

Lindsay Lohan pleaded no contest to the said theft case. Lawyer Shawn Holley represented the actress in Los Angeles last week, since the actress is in London for her West End project, "Speed The Plow".

According to Lindsay Lohan news reported by Daily Mail, her probation was reconsidered by the judge based on positive feedback from her counselor. Good reports were also sent by Lindsay Lohan's agency in London. While there for "Speed The Plow", the actress has also completed 102 hours of her 240-hour community service with neglected and disabled people.

Since the probation for her 2011 theft case has been lifted, some hope that Lindsay Lohan will stay on track, including considering to stay in London to change for good.

In her feature with UK's Telegraph, the "Speed The Plow" star revealed how it became "hard to stay in New York" after all her troubles.

The 28-year-old also said that agreeing to be part of the Oprah reality show "Oprah's Next Chaper" back in 2013 made her a "target" in her hometown. Telegraph said the series reportedly tackled the former-Disney-star- turned-wild-child's drinking problem, an alleged miscarriage, and emotional meltdowns.

The Lindsay Lohan scandal that ensued after "Oprah's Next Chapter" became too much for the controversial actress.

"After the Oprah show it was kind of hard for me to be in New York," she told Telegraph.
