In the last How to Get Away with Murder episode, Bonnie Winterbottom (played by Liza Weil) felt the wrath of Annalise Keating (Viola Davis) first hand. After keeping big secrets from Annie, Bonnie, who also happened to have an affair with Annie's husband Sam (played by Tom Verica), got fired from her job. Bonnie knew that Sam was aware that Lila, the victim and (another) lover of Annalise's husband, was pregnant when she died. Apparently, she didn't tell Annalise. Bonnie begged her boss (and friend?) for forgiveness but the latter just walked away.
Bonnie is one of the integral characters in finding the murderer in How to Get Away with Murder series. Many even think that she was the one who killed Sam. Well, that somehow makes sense. She is someone who is very loyal to Annalise and once said that she will do everything for her. The question fans have right now, is she gone for good in the life of Annalise?
Inside TV of the Entertainment Weekly has some How To Get Away with Murder spoiler. A fan asked if Bonnie is really fired and this is what the Entertainment Weekly said:
"Yes, but she won't be away from the firm for long. In fact, we'll see her back in the winter finale, though the dynamic between Annalise and her protégé has definitely changed. "She desperately wants to be Annalise's person, but it's not the same," Liza Weil says. But her initial firing does lead to that surprising hookup with Doucheface. "Getting fired is a trigger," she adds. "Where she goes from there definitely informs how she ended up with Asher (Matt McGorry).""
So Bonnie will resurface before the How to Get Away with Murder episodes run out. When she returns for the finale, expect bombs and probably, shocking revelations. How to Get Away with Murder winter finale will air on November 20 and carries the title "Kill Me, Kill Me, Kill Me". The show will resume its strong first season on January 29 next year.
