DC and Warner Bros. are slowly but surely getting all their ducks in a row for their upcoming movie Suicide Squad, which will be shown after Man of Steel sequel, Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice.

Reports have surfaced that Will Smith (Men in Black sequels) and Tom Hardy (The Dark Knight Rises) are in discussion with DC and Warner for possible roles in the said movie. Moreover, Margot Robbie (Wolf of Wall Street) has reportedly been cast as Harley Quinn, and of course, it will not be complete without her partner in crime, the Joker, which is rumored to be played by Academy Award winner Jared Leto (Dallas Buyers Club).

The latest addition to the roster is up and coming actor Jai Courtney (Divergent), and he is reportedly being eyed as Batman villain Deadshot. The character may be less popular compared to the Joker, or Lex Luthor, but he is still a major villain in the Batman comics series. The character is also known by the name of Floyd Lawton, who is close to another Batman villain Catwoman. No confirmation from DC and Warner were made if Catwoman will make an appearance in the Suicide Squad movie, but now that David Ayer (Fury writer and director) is now heading the film, anything can happen.

Australian actor Courtney's break-out role was in the movie A Good Day to Die Hard, where he played as the son of an old-school cop John McClane (Bruce Willis). Courtney then starred in another blockbuster movie Divergent where he played as one of the main villains, which he will reprise in the second installment "Insurgent" to be shown in 2015. He will be seen in yet another big film Terminator:Genisys, where he will play time traveller Kyle Reese.

We will give you an update on the final cast of Suicide Squad which is set to be released August 2016.
