Joan Rivers' new TV show was on the works prior to her untimely death, said a report from Page Six. The "Fashion Police" host was set to have the series, similar to "Judge Judy", with good friend Andy Cohen.

Joan Rivers' new TV show was slated to be entitled "What's Your Problem?", wherein she was supposed to have guests who are similar to "Real Housewives" cast members.

Guests would then go face to face to resolve their issues, and Joan Rivers would "moderate" their discussions.

Prior to news about Joan Rivers' supposed TV show, related news reported that Yorkville Endoscopy has failed a recent inspection in connection to the TV icon's death. The said Upper East Side medical facility was where the "Fashion Police" host suffered from operation complications that led to her death after being in a coma for a week following her botched procedure.

According to earlier Joan Rivers news reported by Page Six, officials are planning to take away the Medicare reimbursements of Yorkville Endoscopy after checking their facility.

Bad conditions found at Yorkville Endoscopy by health officials supposedly included violations in surgical services, patient rights, management, and staffing. The details were listed in a letter from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, which is part of the Federal Department of Health and Human Services in New York.

Yorkville Endoscopy has been given 30 days to respond to the full inspection report.

The inspection could solidify the multi-million dollar lawsuit filed against Yorkville Endoscopy by the late Joan Rivers' only daughter, Melissa Rivers.

According to an earlier Joan Rivers news report from New York Daily News, the 46-year-old only daughter of the late comedienne signed Gair, Gair, Conason, Steigman, Maloof, Bloom and Rubinowitz. The group will reportedly proceed with a lawsuit to be filed against the Upper East Side clinic allegedly responsible for the TV icon's untimely death.

The said Joan Rivers news was confirmed by managing partner Ben Rubinowitz: "In order to fully determine all the facts and circumstances surrounding the death of Joan Rivers, we confirm that our firm has been engaged by Melissa Rivers and her family."
