It's the rise of Chinese manufactured phones as they boast powerful features and priced lower than other Androids like LG, Samsung, HTC and Nexus series.

The Xiaomi Mi4's killer features makes it worth all your bucks, but unfortunately it is only available in selected regions mostly in Asian countries.  Meanwhile, Google's flagship is one of the best Android phones in the market today.

Design

Large screen phones or 'phablet' has become the trend in Androids. It is evident on the Nexus 6 that is has improved its screen size and sports a 5.96- inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2,560 x 1,440 and provides a higher pixel density at 493 ppi.

Meanwhile, the Xiaomi Mi4 sports a smaller screen at a 5-inch Full HD display with a 1,920 x 1,080 pixel resolution, and its dust and water proof exterior is a great advantage against other Androids.

Performance

Xiaomi Mi4 features a powerful processor  clocked speed at  2.5 GHZ quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor and a 3GB of RAM. The phone runs on Android 4.4 KitKat, but the Mi4 comes with the newest MIUI 6 out of the box. It features a 16 or 64GB internal storage but lacks a micro SD support.

The Nexus 6 features a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 chipset with a high CPU speed that can be close to 2.5GHz, and the first Android smartphone to run on Android L; and supported by a 3GB of RAM. It offers  a 32GB and 64GB of internal storage and expandable external memory of up to 128GB via a microSD.

Camera

Xiaomi Mi4 boasts a Sony Exmor technology on its snapper. It sports a 13MP rear camera with Sony Exmor IMX214 rear-facing camera and  8MP Sony Exmor IMX219 front snapper.

Google Nexus 6 camera is a major upgrade compared to its predecessor. It sports a 13MP rear camera, and 2.1MP front snapper. It also features dual LED flash, image stabilisation and a 4k video recording like the Samsung Galaxy S5.

Battery And Price

The Nexus 6 has a 3220 mAh battery which can keep on going for up to 330 hours of standby or 24 hours of talk time, as reports claim and costs around $500.

Meanwhile, according to a review from Android headlines Xiaomi Mi4 can last up to 18 hours of usage that include: "Nearly 5 hours of on screen display, over an hour and a half of talk time, streaming music to a bluetooth speaker for nearly 8 hours and even an hour of using my GPS via Runtastic." with 12% remaining battery life.

The 16GB of the Xiaomi Mi4 will be retailed in China for an approximately $320, and 64GB s for $405.
