Cafe Yumm! Opens Two Branches Showing Strong Growth

Cafe Yumm! opened two restaurants in Salem, Wilsonville and Lake Oswego, totaling 15 restaurants in Oregon and Washington. The three restaurants were built to LEED Silver standards.

The first Cafe Yumm!, with a drive-thru that is located at Salem restaurant at 2755 Commercial Street SE, is owned by franchisees Anna and Sean Zorn.

The recently opened Cafe Yumm!, found at the Wilsonville restaurant at Argyle Square, 8589 SW Robert Burns Dr., is the first stand-alone branch. It's designed and built exclusively to the standards of Cafe Yumm! The branch is owned by the subsidiary of Beau Delicious! International, LLC that is also the franchisor of Cafe Yumm! restaurants.

Franchisees Michael and Aaron Gillette owned the remodeled Lakes Oswego at Meridian Square 17773 Lower Boones Ferry Rd.

Continued growth of Cafe Yumm! landed them on the 475th largest franchise system by system-wide sales in the U.S.A., based on the 35th annual ranking made by Franchise Times magazine. It is the third time that Cafe Yumm! has been part of the Top 500.

Co-founder Mark Beauchamp said, "Growing by doing the right thing is a wonderful way to conduct business."

Beau Delicious! International, LLC operates and franchises Cafe Yumm! restaurants. They are also responsible in distributing retail products that are GMO-free Yumm! SauceTM, gluten-free crispy noodles, dressings, soups, and bakery items.

In 1997, the first Cafe Yumm! opened and over 50% of foods ingredients are organic and freshly prepared. It is one of the finalist for 2015 Eugene Mayor's Bold Step Award and a Lane County Trash Buster Award Recipient.
