Namco unleashes second gameplay trailer of the classic arcade game Tekken 7 months before the release date. Director Katsuhiro Harada reveals newest cat-themed character, "Lucky Chloe" but will she be only available to Asia and Europe?

Following official announcement of development in mid-2014, the release date of Tekken 7 is finally coming! Though an official release date for Asia has been announced and this not even comes with a specific day in February 2015, fans are already hyped, anticipating the ninth installment of the classic arcade fighting game.

Tekken 7 release date announcement to date remains on a vague February 2015-no actual date yet. Hopefully, Namco soon specifies when in February or we're looking at a delay if no announcement comes at the most by next month.

In the Tekken event in Japan, director Katsuhiro Harada announced a new character coming upon Tekken 7 release date. Namco and the development team introduces a brand new character revealed as Lucky Chloe. She is a breakdancing blonde teenage girl, who wears a cat-themed costume in a pink, white and black ensemble.

Soon after Lucky Chloe has been unveiled to the public, mixed reviews surfaced online. Fans of the upcoming Tekken 7 began negatively reacting to Lucky Chloe with distaste-with some saying she looks like an "abomination", and that she "seems a little lazy", reported Kotaku.

Following this upsurge of feedback, director Harada announces that new character Lucky Chloe will then not be available to U.S. release as fans there seem to not appreciate here. He takes to Twitter and shares that unappreciative fans need not worry as Lucky Chloe will only be exclusive to Asia and Europe regions. However, other characters are coming to Tekken 7.

Although it seems official as the announcement that Lucky Chloe is exclusive to Asia and Europe regions came from Harada, another game designer shares in the Twitter war and says Harada is only teasing Tekken 7 fans as indeed the breakdancing cat girl isn't really exclusive to regions. He tweets, "It's amusing how many ppl are [taking] Harada's trolling about Chloe seriously. He's good at getting free publicity."
