Robert Downey Jr. suits up again for the 2015 release date of "The Avengers: Age of Ultron" as Iron Man and shares his thoughts about the evolution of costumes, particularly how Michael Keaton's Batman paved the way to make the suits more wearable today.

In a roundtable discussion with Hollywood Sessions, lead actor, Robert Downey Jr. sits down with legendary Batman star Michael Keaton as they discuss the evolution of superhero costumes and how difficult it was to be in one of them.

While Michael Keaton shared about his Batman-suit-up days and how movement was constricted back then, "The Avengers: Age of Ultron" star Robert Downey Jr. said:

"What nobody understands either, is that you [Keaton] were the guinea pig for the [first version] of all those suits-which by the way, twenty years later, I'm told only got immensely more manageable and comfortable."

Also present during the discussion were "Sherlock" star Benedict Cumberbatch and Eddie Redmayne ("The Theory of Everything").

It was reported early on that RDJ wasn't keep to reprise his role as Iron Man a few number of times. But he also shared how deeply he has connected with Tony Stark. In an interview with Screen Rant, he said: "Let's just say that the only thing I ever let go of had claw marks in it. There's a little bit of soul reclamation going on. I feel that the first time I played Tony, I did it best. Sorry! The affinity with Tony now is: How do you sustain something? I'm not stupid, I like to play ball, I love the company, I love the character, and the business side of things, I'm not too picky about that either."

RDJ will return as Iron Man in the upcoming Marvel sequel, "Avengers: Age of Ultron" that is set for release on May 1, 2015.
