The past days have been unkind to Cleveland Cavaliers star Lebron James. His team is losing and he has not able to help in that losing run because of back injury. His team is struggling but one thing that dominates Cavs-related basketball news is the video featuring Lebron James supposedly telling former Miami Heat teammate Dwyane Wade that they will get back together for bigger and better things in the future.

The video, which has been viewed more than 1 million times and posted by the NBA's official Youtube account, alleges that Lebron James told Dwyane Wade after their teams' Christmas game that they will reunite if ever the Cleveland Cavaliers didn't perform well this year.

""Like I said, if we aren't better this year, we're going to reunite again and do some bigger and better things, alright?"

The video came out at a perfect time. Lebron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers are struggling since Christmas as they lost to Detroit Pistons and Milwaukee Bucks. Fans got more reasons to criticize King James for his basketball plans.

On the first day of 2015, Lebron James finally addressed critics for that video. He said, what people are thinking is crazy.

"I've seen the clip just like you've seen the clip. I don't know exactly what I said at the beginning, either. I know I said, "We'll get back together and do some bigger and better things' but it had nothing to do with basketball. I mean, if I was going to tell him that, I'd tell him the night before. Come on guys, I'm not stupid. I know I didn't go to college but I'm not stupid. I wouldn't say that on Christmas with a hundred cameras around. I would have told him the night before at his house," Lebron James said according to a report b ESPN's Dave McMenamin.

The 30-year old basketball star also said that news like that spread easily because it was him at the center.

"But it's just me so I get it. I get it. But it had nothing to with leaving here and reuniting with him. It had everything to do with talking about other things more than just basketball. Everybody gets so involved in basketball. Our friendship (Wade), obviously, you guys know is bigger than basketball. So you know, our last four years couldn't be bigger and better even if we did get back together. But whatever, its crazy."
