DC superhero and anti-hero teams are going to dominate fandoms in the coming years.

If in movie there is "Avengers" series from Marvel, "Suicide Squad" movie, and two-part "Justice League" to air in 2017 and 2019, television will have "Teen Titans."

With the success of CW Network's "Arrow" and "The Flash" and Fox TV series "Gotham", a prequel to Batman story, DC is hoping to continue their dominance on the boob tube with a "Teen Titans" TV show on TNT.

"Teen Titans" TV show on TNT is definitely an intriguing line up, since it is one of the most successful story arc in the DC comics world.

It also helps that the superhero team is composed of the most loved characters in the comics universe. The new superhero TV series was first announced in the second half of last year. Now, after some months, significant details about the show has been revealed.

Nerdist claimed in its report that TNT's "Teen Titans" TV show will be headed by Dick Grayson, also known as the first Robin of Batman who eventually came on his own as an established superhero Nightwing. Joining him in the young generation of superheroes are Barbara Gordon who will be Oracle, Hawk and Dove, Star Fire and Raven.

The report say the pilot will start with Dick Grayson splitting with Batman and to become a standalone superhero. He will start a Titans' shop in Boston and will eventually be joined by Barbara, who in the show will operate as a wheelchair-stricken computer nerd.

As for Hawk and Dove, their alter egos will be Hank Hall and Dawn Granger, the post Crisis on Infinite on Earth versions. Raven will follow the Rachel Roth alter-ego. There's not much detail though about the alter ego of Starfire. On the same report, Nerdist said she will appear by the end of "Teen Titans" pilot episode.
