Is Oscars 2015 Host Neil Patrick Harris Ready For The Award Show? Promises Singing, Dancing And A Bit Of Magic!

Viewers can rest assured that they'll be having a great time on Sunday with the Oscars 2015 host Neil Patrick Harris.

With his incredibly witty sense of humor, everyone is in for some belly aches from laughing so hard. He won't be delivering inappropriate jokes though. The "How I Met Your Mother" alum promised the Los Angeles Times that he wants his jokes to be "comfortable and appropriately biting."

It's important to be as funny as you can be and as appropriate as you can be," the father of two said.

Having been a host for the Tony Awards as well as the Primetime Emmy Awards for several years, he isn't pulling any stops for this gig either.

Deadline already reported that "Frozen" duo Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez wrote a Broadway type presentation for the very eager Oscars 2015 host.

"We love the Oscars and have always been huge Neil Patrick Harris fans, so when he asked us to write him a song for this year's show we said, 'Yes!' before he could finish the sentence - it's possible he may have been asking us for something else," the couple reportedly said, according to ABC News.

With that, he is already polishing his singing skills - through a "hairbrush infront of a mirror."

What else could the seasoned host bring to the table? And could his antics outdo Ellen Degeneres' most retweeted selfie with Jennifer Lawrence, Meryl Streep, Brad Pitt, Bradley Cooper and other amazing actors and actresses.

Maybe by magic?

"I'm a magician, so I wouldn't be surprised if there was a hint of magic. I fear I've said too much," he jokingly added.

The comedian told Billboard that a Kanye West interruption would happen.

"Nothing would make me happier than something as random as that, as Kanye West deciding to participate in the show in some way," he said.

Unfortunately, West already tried that same movie he did on Taylor Swift at the Grammys when Beck won Best Album instead of Beyonce. He can still hope for a miracle right?

Whatever will happen on Sunday, one this is for sure, Oscars 2015 host Neil Patrick Harris will bring in something insanely good.

"The crazier the better, as far as I'm concerned," he added.
