Blake Lively news revealed how the Preserve founder flaunted her post-baby body at the Gabriela Cadena and Marchesa New York Fashion Week shows.
According to a report from Us Weekly, the new mom was present at the unveiling of Gabriel Cadena's Fall 2015 collection last February 12. She stunned in a black and white bodycon dress less than two months after giving birth to her first child with husband Ryan Reynolds.
Accessorizing with a yellow clutch bag, Blake Lively's Preserve fashion style was channelled in her outfit for her first public appearance after giving birth. She attended the said event with her mother, Elaine Lively.
For her appearance at the Marchesa Fall 2015 New York Fashion Week show, Blake Lively exuded Preserve's classic yet sexy style by donning a colourful printed skirt and fitted tank top. According to a report from E!Online, the 27-year old It Girl sat at the front row of the show, alongside Vogue godess Anna Wintour.
Blake Lively's Preserve influence was evident in both of her Fashion Week outfits. Aside from fashion, the former "Gossip Girl" actress' lifestyle website also features food, home décor, and charitable works. Blake Lively also took to Preserve to announce last year that she and her "Green Lantern" actor husband were going to have their first baby.
There were a lot of criticisms when Blake Lively launched Preserve last year. According to a previous report from Huffington Post, among those who gave negative comments about the blond stunner's new venture was veteran lifestyle entrepreneur Martha Stewart.
"I mean, it's stupid, she could be an actress!," Martha Stewart said.
"I don't mean that facetiously! (But) why would you want to be me if you could be an actress?"
"Let her try," the lifestyle celebrity scoffed.
Soon after Martha Stewart's comments about Blake Lively and Preserve, the statuesque movie star responded by saying she believes she can be both an actress and a lifestyle entrepreneur.
"I want to have my own path professionally and even as she said, I'm an actress," Blake Lively told E!Online. "I'm doing something totally different so now I sort of have two careers going on and it'll be interesting to see how it all pans out."
