Joan Rivers' death news reported how Yorkville Endoscopy's anaesthesiologist denied that she is responsible for the "Fashion Police" host's botched operation.

According to Joan Rivers news reported by Page Six, Dr. Renuka Bankulla was quick to respond to the recent filing of Melissa Rivers' multi-million dollar lawsuit. The resident anaesthesiologist of Upper East side's now infamous Yorkville Endoscopy took only three days to reply to the 44-page court document filed by Joan Rivers' only daughter.

Complications during the procedure caused the 81-year-old comedienne to pass out, succumb to a coma, and die a week later on September 4, 2014. Joan Rivers' death news spread immediately, and everyone demanded for answers from Yorkville Endoscopy's medical team.

Court documents detailed how the medical team who handled Joan Rivers' botched operation  "failed to demand or request for a crash cart" when the patient's vital signs went down. The group also allegedly did not respond with enough urgency when the comedienne's heart rate plummeted and oxygen level dropped below 90 percent.

However, the board-certified anesthesiologist explained that a crash cart was available in the operating room. Dr. Renuka Bankulla also claimed that she "did all that she could" to prevent Joan Rivers from passing out during the fatal throat operation last August 2014.

Lawsuit papers also placed Dr. Renuka Bankulla directly responsible for Joan Rivers' death as the anesthesiologist allegedly could have administered succinylcholine, a muscle relaxant that loosens seized vocal cords.

"The laryngospasm had already broken, and Joan Rivers was being adequately oxygenated with mask ventilation," Dr. Renuka Bankulla explained at the Manhattan Supreme Court filing.

However, the distraught anesthesiologist did point out a previously revealed detail about Yorkville Endoscopy's celebrity ear, nose, and throat specialist Gwen Korovin.

The ENT specialist allegedly rushed to leave the operating room as soon as Joan Rivers' vital signs dropped. The specialists' failure to step up during the botched throat operation allegedly played a big part in Joan Rivers' death.
