The "Crimson Peak" premiere is still a few months away but Guillermo Del Toro's new masterpiece is already receiving an "electrifying" review from legendary horror master Stephen King.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the celebrated author gave the highest possible review that he could give for Del Toro's upcoming horror film.

"Was treated to a screening of Guillermo Del Toro's new movie, Crimson Peak, this weekend," the best selling writer tweeted on Monday. "Gorgeous and just f-king terrifying."

He also added that the new film, which stars British star Tom Hiddleston as Mia Wasikowska's mysterious husband, "electrified" him "in the same way Sam Raimi's 'Evil Dead' electrified me when I saw it back in the day."

King wasn't alone in his awe either.

The writer's own son, Joe Hill, also an accomplished author in the same genre, complimented Del Toro's new film.

"'Crimson Peak' is [director] Del Toro's blood-soaked 'Age of Innocence,' a gloriously sick waltz through Daphne Du Maurier territory," Hill, who wrote the book version of Daniel Radcliffe's "Horns" last year, posted on Twitter.

His next tweet most likely will excite fans to really look forward to the "Crimson Peak" premiere.

"Remember that list I tweeted the other day, the 13 most beautiful horror films?" He added on the microblogging site. "'Crimson Peak' is the most beautiful of all."

The said film follows the new married life of Edith (Wasikowska) with Sir Thomas Sharpe, a mysterious lord who brings her to his ancestral home after charming her in London.

As Edith spends more time in the mansion, however, she begins to discover something sinister about it and the people that occupy it.

Additionally, Jessica Chastain, who portrays Thomas' sister Lucille, hyped up fans' anticipation for the film when she revealed that Hiddleston will be having a bed scene in the new film to MTV News.

Although she tried to coyly dismiss the issue during the interview, the teaser revealed that Hiddleston will be getting quite close with his new wife in the film.

The "Crimson Peak" premiere has been set for an October 16, 2015 release. Watch the trailer below!
