In the final episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" for the season, Kourtney Kardashian allowed camera's into her hospital room as she gave birth to her baby girl, Penelope Scotland Disick as most of her family members watched.
Scott Disick and her sisters Kim and Khloe Kardashian took turns in filming the birth. Kourtney began to get her contractions and felt emotional as she left her house and said goodbye to her son, Mason. She first stopped by Kim's house and as the contractions got closer, she headed over to the hospital where her mom, Kris Jenner, brother Rob Kardashian and younger sisters, Kendal and Kylie joined to witness the birth.

The best moment came during the birth, when Kourtney actually helped doctors pull Penelope out in the final stage of delivery. "It's such a magical feeling to say hello to my baby girl," Kourtney cooed while cradling her new bundle of joy.
"Kourtney just loves pulling out her own children," quipped sister Khloe Kardashian, after the birth. "She decides to pull Nelly out, as well."
Jenner teared up during the delivery, telling the camera, "It doesn't get better than this." Penelope was born on July 8 and weighed in at 7 pounds and 14 ounces.
Following in the footsteps of her famous mom and aunts, the tyke landed her first magazine cover a month later, appearing on the cover of Us Weekly with Kourtney and Mason. In that article, Kardashian let it slip that Disick, 29, was a little freaked out and scared to change the baby's diaper, but he kept his cool in the delivery room.
Earlier in the show, the entire clan gathered for a baby shower for Kourtney, where Kim's boyfriend Kanye West made a cameo. Cameras caught him sharing a private moment with Khloe, who said she was happy Kim had found love after divorcing ex-hubby Kris Humphries.
