Angelina Jolie was spotted at the Kid's Choice Awards last Sunday night with her kids, Zahara and Shiloh, and it looks like the trio enjoyed the night immensely.
She more than enjoyed the night, having won the Best Villain award for her titular role in Disney's "Maleficent."
"When I was little, like Maleficent, I was told that I was different. And I felt out of place -- too loud, too full of fire, never good at sitting still, never good at fitting in," the 39-year-old actress said. "And, then one day I realized something, something that I hope you all realize: Different is good."
"And, as your villain, I would also say cause a little trouble -- it's good for you."
Judging by Zahara and Shiloh's bear hugs for their mother, it looks like Jolie's children shared her happiness for the distinction as well.
This is the actress and philanthropist's first public appearance after having her second preventive surgery to lower her risk of cancer. What better way to celebrate life than to enjoy it with her children.
