'Suicide Squad' Movie Cast News: 'Lost' Star Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje To Join DC Comics Film As Killer Croc

It must be a great week for many comic geeks around the world.

From Marvel to DC, fans are treated to great casting news about different projects from TV to the big screen.

Over at DC, a new "Suicide Squad" movie casting news has been confirmed. According to a report by the Wrap, "Lost" star Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje is set to appear in the anti-hero movie featuring other top-billed star.

The website wrote of their "Suicide Squad" movie news:

"The 'Lost' actor is switching sides from Marvel to DC and reuniting with his 'Concussion' co-star Will Smith.

After playing dual roles in 'Thor: The Dark World,' Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje is switching sides and moving from Marvel to DC, as he's set to play Killer Croc in WB's 'Suicide Squad,' TheWrap has learned.

Representatives for Warner Bros. and Akinnuoye-Agbaje did not immediately respond to requests for comment."

Earlier in the day, another interesting "Suicide Squad" movie cast news welcomed fans. The film, which will arrive on theaters by early 2016, has enlisted Scott Eastwood as Wonder Woman's love interest Steve Trevor and Nigerian boxer and actor Raymond Olubowale as King Shark. Eastwood, who is the son of seasoned actor and director Clint Eastwood, confirmed he is joining "Suicide Squad" movie cast through the Entertainment Tonight.

"I'm doing a movie called 'Suicide Squad,'" Eastwood told ET when asked to confirm that he is part of the movie.

Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Eastwood and Olubowale will join other confirmed "Suicide Squad" movie cast members namely Will Smith as Deadshot, Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang, Jared Leto as the Joker, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn and Cara Delevingne who will play Enchantress. Also in the cast are Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor and Viola Davis as Amanda Waller.

"Suicide Squad" movie is an adaptation of the famous DC Comics villain group whose members are former nemesis of several DC superheroes. They are brought together by the government to complete a nearly-impossible mission.
