Obama Flag Resembles Blood-Stained Walls at Benghazi consulate

A new Obama "flag" poster sold by the campaign is designed to look something like the U.S. flag, but on Thursday, a post at the Gateway Pundit noticed that the "stripes" are eerily similar to blood stains on the walls at the Benghazi consulate where Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans were killed.

A tweet sent out today by the President's official Twitter account proclaimed "A poster to say there are no red states or blue states, only the United States." However, the flag on the poster promoted by the tweet had no states at all. Instead, the star field representing the 50 states was replaced by the "O" logo used by Obama's election campaign.

As noted at Twitchy.com, the Obamamerican flag also bears an uncomfortable resemblance to the bloodstains left on a certain wall in Benghazi, Libya, as the American ambassador and his staff were dragged to their deaths by what the Obama Administration suddenly stopped referring to as a "spontaneous protest" today.

"It's hard to know what's more offensive... That they desecrated the flag, or that they're pushing a product that reminds Americans of the slaughter in Benghazi," Jim Hoft wrote.

"In the wake of Mitt Romney's divisive 'caught on tape' comments, the president would like you to know that he believes in one nation under Obama, and he has the flag to prove it," Twitchy wrote on Wednesday.

On Wednesday, the campaign alerted supporters on Twitter about the new "flag," complete with an Obama logo where a field of stars would be. "A poster to say there are no red states or blue states, only the United States," the campaign tweeted.

According to the Obama campaign website, the "flag" poster was designed by Ross Bruggink and Dan Olson of Studio MPLS and can be purchased for a mere $35. The site says there were only 250 of these posters made.
