Will "CSI Cyber" get cancelled after just one season?

According to Cleveland.com, the latest "CSI" spinoff is still pretty much on the fence for renewal. Zap2It's TV By The Numbers, on the other hand, believes it has about a 60% chance of making it to the next season.

The procedural series stars Academy Award-winning actress Patricia Arquette, James Van Der Beek, Charley Koontz and Shad Moss (Bow Wow). It deals with crime that happens in the deep web. Much like its mother series, "CSI Cyber" faces different cases every week.

Unlike "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" which gained phenomenal success in its first season, this spinoff reportedly wasn't able to catch the attention of most viewers. Ratings have been underwhelming and experts say it would most likely share the same fate as the two other "CSI" spinoffs before it.

If "CSI Cyber" does get cancelled, will "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" also get the boot after 15 seasons? Will this be the end of the legendary series?

Meanwhile, other rookie TV shows have already been approved for a second season. Shows like "How to Get Away With Murder" (ABC), "NCIS: New Orleans" (CBS), "Gotham" (Fox) and "The Flash" and "Jane The Virgin" (The CW) have already received the green light.

On the other hand, Cleveland.com reported that more than 15 shows have already gotten the boot. Cancellations include "Selfie" (ABC), "The McCarthys" (CBS) and "Mulaney" (Fox).

Shows which are still on the fence include "Agent Carter" (ABC) and "The Mysteries Of Laura" (NBC).

The publication also noted that "Cristela" (ABC), "Stalker" (CBS), "Backstrom" (Fox) as well as another long-running show, "American Idol" (Fox) are still on the fence for another season.

The TV networks will reportedly announce their list of cancellations and renewals in the next couple of days.

Do you think "CSI Cyber" should be renewed or is it time for the "CSI" franchise to finally end its run?
