After gaining phenomenal success with his music video for "Thinking Out Loud" where he showed off his dance moves, fans are now being treated to some special for Ed Sheeran's "Photograph" music video.

The British singer previously told Sheerios (what Sheeran's fans call themselves) that the next video off his "X" album would be "a special one" and he was "very excited" about it. He did not disappoint because the new clip offered a glimpse into his life from being a baby to becoming a teen up until his current life as a popstar.

The 24-year-old Grammy nominee shared his new single via Twitter, posting "here it is (p.s its me) - Photograph, official music video" along with a link to the said clip.

The heart-warming clip shows snapshots of his childhood, the kind that fans all over the world would like to see. It showed a young Ed Sheeran as a chubby baby being showered with love from his family, an eyeglasses-wearing little kid, an awkward teen and, of course, a musician.

Like a documentary or a mini-biography, he is seen busking on the street as a teenager as well as showing off his talents playing the piano, the cello and his guitar.

However, the most touching part of the Ed Sheeran's "Photograph" music video happens towards the end. Shots of his current life as a world star is inserted with clips from his childhood home videos as a sort of heartwarming reminder of how he progressed from being just a kid just dreaming for his music to be heard into one of the biggest musical acts of today.

According to Music Times, the clip showed us how he "hasn't forgotten his roots, evidently."

"Photograph" talks about preserving memories in photographs. In terms of the clip, however, Sheeran relives his precious memories through home videos his family took of him as a child.

The track, which is the fifth single off of "X", reportedly entered the charts at number 44 when the record was released last year.
