‘Heroes Reborn’ Premiere: NBC Announces Fall Airing For ‘Heroes’ Reboot! Who Will Zachary Levi Play In The New NBC Series?

After a series of casting announcements, NBC finally announced the more details about the "Heroes" Reborn" premiere for this fall.

TV Guide released the network's full fall line-up on Sunday. According to the list, Tim Kring's remake of his 2010 superhero series will air on Thursdays at 8/9 PM. The first episode will reportedly be titled "Awakening".

To hype up fans' excitement for the "Heroes Reborn" premiere later this year, the show's official Twitter posted stills of both returning and new characters.

One is a snapshot of Jack Coleman, who will be reprising his role as Noah Bennett (nicknamed Horn-Rimmed Glasses), looking shocked at what he's seeing.

Another is of Kiki Sukezane whose character will reportedly be named Miko Otomo. In the shot, she holds up a samurai that looks suspiciously like the one Hiro Nakamura (Masi Oka) used in the original series. It was already previously announced that fans will get to see Oka as the loveable time controller and teleporter in the new series.

On the other hand, Zachary Levi's photo is of his character, Luke Collins, holding a gun against someone unseen.

According to Games Radar, details of Levi ad Sukezane's roles are still kept under lock and key. Showrunner Tim Kring, still hasn't spilled the beans on whether or not Luke Collins (Levi) will be a normal person like Noah Bennett (Coleman) or someone with an incredible super power like Peter Petrelli in the original. However, past reports said that he will taking on a "key character" in the series.

The "Chuck" star previously told TVLine that he was indeed excited to be working with NBC again but it looks like he's more eager to try out whatever power Kring has in store for his character.

There are a few franchises I've always wanted to be a part of, and 'Heroes' is one of them," he shared. "Chuck gave me the opportunity to wield some fun powers, but an entire world with superpowers is a world I've always wanted to explore."
