Being friends with supermodels is certainly not a bad thing especially if they get to be in Taylor Swift's "Bad Blood" music video.

The popstar just released the futuristic, "Sucker Punch"-like clip for her latest single and it's filled with cameos from her circle of friends.

Swift, calling herself Catastrophe, gets betrayed by Selena Gomez (Arsyn) which leads to the "Shake If Off" singer recuperating in a training facility for female warriors.

She works with several familiar faces including Hailee Steinfeld, Ellie Goulding, Lena Dunham, Hayley Williams, Karlie Kloss, Jessica Alba, Gigi Hadid, Lily Aldridge, Ellen Pompeo, Zendaya, Serayah, Martha Hunt, Mariska Hargitay, Cara Delavingne and Cindy Crawford (as Headmistress).

Taylor Swift's "Bad Blood" music video also features Kendrick Lamar, who added some rap lines to the song.

The 25-year-old superstar's fans were quite impressed with her dark-assassin-out-for-blood look in the clip. The revenge theme in the video seemed almost too personal and according to Rolling Stone, it might just be.

Although she never really confirmed who the inspiration behind the lyrics of the track was, she did reportedly reveal that it was about a female artist she had some beef with. Fans speculated that it was Katy Perry.

"She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour," Swift previously revealed the reason for her anger at this particular entertainer. "She tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me. And I'm surprisingly non-confrontational - you would not believe how much I hate conflict. So now I have to avoid her. It's awkward, and I don't like it."

Whoever it was for, it looks like the strong feelings behind the lyrics fuelled Swift's anger in the new music video.

On the other hand, Hollywood Life reported that the "Roar" singer just shook the silent diss off.

"She saw it, she thought the video was a little desperate and that she tried too hard but she isn't going to worry about Taylor too much because she has her own career to worry about," the gossip site quoted a supposed insider, adding that Katy Perry felt "slighted with the song" but felt nothing for the video.
