With only more than one week prior to "Jurassic World" movie's big debut, a sequel has already been confirmed.

And while fans are excited to see director Colin Trevorrow's work following good reviews from thos who have watched the world premiere, they are more than excited to see the new hybrid dinosaur called Indominus Rex, which has been the spotlight of the trailers.

In fact the highly acclaimed director already hinted fans about the sequel in an interview with Empire.

"We definitely talked about [sequels] a lot," the director admitted. "We wanted to create something that would be a little bit less arbitrary and episodic, and something that could potentially arc into a series that would feel like a complete story."

Meanwhile Jurassic World Org claimed that a sequel is definitely happening the development is left at "blue sky."

Another question that keep fans excited is the appearance of the new hybrid dinosaur, Indominus Rex, which is also reportedly appearing on the sequel.

While details about the sequel remains to be few, the stregth and power of the new dinosaur makes fans wonder if Chris Pratt's character will be able to defeat the said dinosaur.

Indominus Rex is officially described as the "most fearsome dinosaur ever to be displayed at Jurassic World." It's roar could reach to 140-160db, "the same as 747 taking off and landing," reaching a speed of 50km/h.

The official plot summary to "Jurassic World" reads below:

"22 years after the events of Jurassic Park, Isla Nublar now features a fully functioning dinosaur theme park, Jurassic World, as originally envisioned by John Hammond. This new park is owned by the Patel Corporation. Owen, a member of Jurassic World's on-site staff, conducts behavioural research on the Velociraptors. After many years, Jurassic World's attendance rates begin to decline and a new attraction, created to re-spark visitor interest, gravely backfires."

In other "Jurassic World" news, despite the great reviews director Colin Treverrow is reportedly going to exit from the franchise.
