Serena Williams' boyfriend, Coach Patrick Mouratoglou dreams for the tennis player to break the 22 Grand Slam title record and make sporting history. With the flair she has been showing, this goal is not too far-fetched.

When Patrick Mouratoglou came to the life of the tennis player as a lover and as a coach, Serena Williams has shown a major winning streak marking her comeback as a leading player of women's tennis, reports said.

According to USA Today, 31-year-old Serena Williams has earned the most complete winning sets in her entire career. She bagged the French Open, U.S. Open, Olympic and Wimbledon titles, and has reportedly garnered a 95-5 match record, touted as the best in her career.

This achievement is also panning the spotlight to Serena Williams' boyfriend-coach Patrick Mouratoglou who dreams of placing her as the greatest female tennis player in the world.

Serena Williams recently won her 20th Grand Slam title in the French Open, and her coach wants a bigger achievement in the future.

Serena Williams' boyfriend-coach revealed in his official website that his ultimate goal with the tennis player is to be able to break the 22 Grand Slam title record and make sporting history.

"Serena is the ultimate champion," her coach said. "She represents the values of high-level tennis more than anyone else. Her level of perfectionism reflects her ambitions."

"She never surrenders, she constantly questions herself and continually seeks to progress," he added.

The current record title holder is Steffi Graf with Wimbledon titles and 107 career titles. She also is World No. 1 for 377 weeks, according to Biography Online.

Patrick Mouratoglou is the eldest child of a Greek business magnate and once reportedly gave up sports at the age of 15 to give way for his parents' wish for him to focus on academics.

For seven years, he was separated from his love for sports, as he was prepared to lead his father's company, USA Today reported. But instead of taking over one of the largest renewable energy companies in France, he chose to come back to tennis and build an academy that teaches aspirants to play.

Now, Serena Williams' boyfriend-coach is running a foundation that helps young and budding tennis talents who lack financial resources to reach the international playing field. Outside of his coaching, this foundation provides the talents with the skills and guidance to unlock their full potential, the official website said.

"My reality was that I would become a tennis player," the coach told USA Today. "I never had any doubt about it. It was my life."
