Iggy Azalea and Nick Young's engagement was just made public but several controversies are already being thrown at the couple.
One huge bomb is a cheating allegation on the NBA star by British reality star Donatella Panayiotou. The 31-year-old former MTV host allegedly told The Sun that she was in a romantic relationship with Young during the beginning stages of his relationship with the "Fancy" rapper.
He reportedly lied about being with the "Pretty Girls" rapper, telling Panayiotou that they weren't actually a couple.
"Nick would lie and say, 'We're not together.' He even claimed a photoshoot of them was just modeling," she revealed.
According to Mirror, Panayiotou started seeing the basketball star a month before he made things official with the "Black Widow" rapper in 2013. He carried on hooking up with the reality star who also threw some shade at Young's performance in bed.
"Sex was over really quickly. He's say, 'I just need to get used to you.' That didn't happen," she further shared. According to her account, she finally had enough when she saw Azalea's hairclips in Young's bathroom.
Iggy Azalea and Nick Young's engagement happened during the latter's 30th birthday.
Yahoo news reported that Young popped the question because his girlfriend was pregnant with his baby. This speculation was backed up by Azalea's cancellation of her world tour.
"Nick made it very clear that if he and Iggy were going to marry, he wanted her to scale back on work," OK Magazine reportedly quoted a source as saying. "Now her friends are buzzing that the real reason is that Iggy's pregnant."
Despite all the controversy, the Grammy nominee still shared her love for her beau on Twitter.
"One thing iam thankful for is how strong its made my relationship with the amazing man iam going to marry," she recently posted, after thanking "everyone who made the choice to stand by me."
Cheating scandal or not, it looks like Iggy Azalea and Nick Young's engagement is still going strong.
