Lebron James played great in the finals he actually ended up second to Andrei Igoudala for the NBA finals MVP award voting.

Cleveland Cavaliers may have lost to Golden State Warriors in six games but the result undermine the effort King James exerted to finally give his city its first ever NBA Championship. In six games, Lebron averaged 36.6 points, 12.4 rebounds, and 8.8 assists.

Those are monster numbers. Not even Michael Jordan averaged almost a triple double in the finals. However, for Lebron James it is not enough. Watch out other teams because the four-time MVP is determined to get better next season.

Lebron James finally went back to social media more than a week after Cleveland Cavaliers' NBA finals failure. On his Facebook account, he posted a picture of his sons with a caption describing how he is still hurt by the loss. He said it is his kids that motivates him to feel better despite all the obstacles. The caption reads:

"It hurt to lose. I've been in a funk lately, but this... this is what motivates me to do what I do. How can I ever be down when I know my kids and my fans have my back?Being back home and back with my fans is everything that I dreamed of. Thank you for an incredible season. I'm not satisfied... I'm not happy with the way things turned out... I PROMISE to get better. #StriveForGreatness #ILoveTheseKids #GodBlessOurFans"

It was a tumultuous post season Cleveland Cavaliers as a whole. Although they easily surpassed their first and second round opponent, they lost two of their key players on the way to the last dance.

They lost Kevin Love for shoulder injury during sweep of Boston Celtics. All-Star point guard Kyrie Irving was hobbled by knee injury in Eastern Conference finals versus Atlanta Hawks but then recovered before finals match against Golden State Warriors. He played in Game One but wasn't able to finish the game. From there on, it was all Lebron James with occasional help from Matthew Dellavedova, Tristan Thompson, and Timofey Mozgov.
