Iggy Azalea and Nick Young are about to make things official between them but their engagement is already being targeted by tabloids. Despite the cheating and pregnancy accusations thrown their way, however, it looks like the newly engaged couple will still push through with their plans.
Young popped the question during his 30th birthday last May in front of family and friends, presenting her with a $500,000 diamond engagement ring that he reportedly helped design.
Prior to the proposal, the LA Lakers player had already been gushing about the "Pretty Girls" rapper in interviews saying that he was definitely going to marry his girlfriend. According to E! News, the Australian rapper's rapport with Young's son was one of the reasons for his decision to marry her.

"Nick has known for a long time Iggy was the one for him, but he was just waiting on the perfect time to pop the question," the insider reportedly said. "They both have gotten very close these past few months and he can't think of anyone else to spend his life with but her. One of the most important things about Iggy is the way she is to his son."
