In one of Paris Hilton's recent trip to Dubai recorded and posted on YouTube, the host of the Egyptian prank show "Ramez Wakel El Gaw" joined her on board for a plane crash prank. He sat beside the socialite while disguising as a wealthy man dressed in suit and tie, Paris Hilton did not know she will be in a celebrity prank show.
The plane trip went smoothly until it wobbled on air, mimicking a plane crash. It was shown descending at a lower altitude and that was the moment when Paris Hilton and her companions inside the airplane to Dubai started to scream.
For the celebrity prank show's host Ramez Galal, involving Paris Hilton in a plane crash prank is fun. Reports said "Ramez Wakel El Gaw" has done the same plane crash prank to other guests on the show.
Arabic-language website Fil Fan showed images of a man who was placed inside the plane to encounter a fake plane crash just like how Paris Hilton's Dubai trip went wrong.

Website Albawaba reviewed some of the past episodes of the show that featured the craziest pranks it did. Aside from getting Paris Hilton on a plane crash prank, the show reportedly once trapped a woman inside a tomb with bats, snakes and a prankster clothed as a mummy.
Because of the level of their pranks, it is a common thing for the host to get hurt after revealing the trick to be a part of the show. The same report said the woman trapped inside the tomb kicked Ramez and "even tried to smash the camera."
Another report by Albawaba showed male celebrity Mohamed Ramadan kicking the stomach and punching Ramez hard on his face after revealing the prank, with the host shown receiving serious injuries.
As one of the most famous and publicized jet setter celebrities in the world, Paris Hilton's plane crash prank experience is never expected. She might have been "emotionally distressed" because of the prank but the video showed she did not physically hurt the host.
She has reportedly been to Dubai, different parts of Asia, Latin America and Europe, with the United Arab Emirates and Ibiza as two of her frequent destinations. Season travellers like her have to get over the fear of plane crash every time they board a plane, and facing it as a reality might just be the worst case scenario.
